FLAX SEED OIL-LIQUID or CAPSULE

There is a controvery in the method of administering FLAX SEED OIL. Some say that it is highly unstable and must be kept cold and away from light. With this in mind, how can there be capsules for Flax seed oil. Wouldn't this form of administration degrade the quality/potency of it?

What about this Brand of supplement: Optimun Nutrition? Any opinions.

i dont know for sure but i think the liquid form is the only form suceptable to breakdown flax seeds come in many forms you can get ground flax seed whole flaxseed and flax seed oil flax seeded oil will breakdown when exposed to heat and light i do not think flax seeds and ground flax seed break down from light or moderated heat.i do agreee with what you saind if capsules have liquid in the and they are exposed to moderate levels of light and heat they may breakdown

the oil not only bc it is cheaper i think but also bc its hard to get your EFA's from pills.

Just keep it in a cold/dark place, don't they already use UV resistent chemical reagent bottles?

If I had a choice, I rather find the liquid version. However, the other form of administration seem to be dominating the market, at least where I do my purchases. Oh well, I will have to give it a try.

One thing I have notice after consuming this product is that I am getting really tired. For example, last week I have no idea how Ifinish my last set of press behing neck. That day I felt like there was some cryptonite near me. Any one had this same experience?

Can't you puchase your EFA's online? Oil is superior over the capsules, at least when considering flax oil.

I must likely could, but It will have to be an internationa thing.. addding freight, customs, taxes, etc i will cost me. I am also under de impresion that the liquid form has to be kept cold.

Since I already purchase the capsule, I will given the a try, see if I notice a difference.
