Flax Question?

If you put your Flax in the freezer after having it in the fridge will this make it go bad? Also is it supposed to thicken in the freezer, should you shake it before using and is it okay to wash it down with some betagen??

flax seed oil should be kept in a cool place
the fridge is the best
freezer is OK

just be careful not to have your bottle in a hot atmosphere (the fatty acids get rancid) or in a sunny place

actually the FREEZER IS BEST.. at least according to the manufacturer.. it would make sense as the fats are a response to cold climate at least in animals

Do you have to take it with meals? I heard some people take 1
table spoon during the day and one at night before they go to
bed. Since I hate to eat before going to bed can I take a spoonful
and chase it with juice?
