I'd like to add some of this to my diet. Where can i buy it(i'd rather pick it up than get online) ? Also how much per day?
I will try it in my shakes probably. What is refrigerated shelf life on the stuff?
Also how much l-glutamine should i be taking?
FYI: I'm trying to lose bf asap.

You can usually find it at any nutrition store / GNC and even at your local grocery store sometimes. You can get it in liquid or gel pill form -- I'd go for the liquid form. And keep it refrigerated.

When you use it depends on where in your diet you need the fats. I usually mix it in w/ my salads w/ vinegar as a dressing.
 
I buy mine at Trader Joe's -- I've found they have the best price for it. I've had mine for months & it's still good.......

I try to add a little bit of fat to just about every meal.... not post workout tho....
 
Try UDO's Choice oil. It's a combo of flax oil, primrose oil, sesame oil & sunflower oil. It's better than plan flax oil (and tastes better) because it's high in both omega 3, 6 & 9. Flax is high only in the omega 3.

Flax oil is lacking in the lignans, fiber & protein found in ground flax seed.
You can buy Flax oil that has the lignans added, but manufacturers have to lower the ALA content to maintain the oil's consistency.
