flax oil???

ok people please don't post the link up top for the search engine.........

ok, now that I have said that ,here goes....lol


I have started my diet about 3 weeks ago. but there seems to be a problem.....

so to counter that prob, I added alot more fiber to the diet....
ontop of that I decided to purchase flax seed oil...
so at 5am when I wake up to go to the gym, should I take

1 tbls
or
2 tbls

or one before I work out and one after?

or should I take two in the morning two in the afternoon and two at night???

please let me know so I can get to bed.....
every time I research on this site every one has so many difrent opinions, and then when I post a question peole always send me back to search....so please any input would be really great.

Take whatever it says on the bottle, 2 times a day. Just so you know your getting that extra. I take fish oils though in pill form.
 
A good guideline is one tbsp for every 100lbs of bodyweight. I wouldn't take it pre-workout however as it's slow to absorb and won't provide much in the way of quick energy.

I would take one tbsp in the afternoon and one right before bed.
 
Good job on add flax and/or fish oils as well as fiber to your diet. That will slow the gastric emptying.

Pre-work: I take 1tbsp of flax and some fiber with my morning shake

Post-workout: I down dextrose shake.... 30 min later I down a whey protein shake (chocolate whey & water only). NO FAT OR FIBER in these shakes because you want fast absorption!

Meals 3-5: I take fish oils with my meals and sometimes-another tbsp. of flax (usually weekends). If I drink shakes during the day I make sure that I have some fiber in them as well.

Meal 6: I add 1tbsp of flax with my bedtime meal.
