just wondering...when is the best time to take flax oil? in the morning w/ my oatmeal before weights? afterwards? before i go to sleep? or doesnt it matter?
just eat that shit up when you need fat in your meals. dont take any postworkout, any fat for that matter. before bed time with some fiber is a nice time to take it.
if you are worried about gaining fat i wouldnt add it to oatmeal because carbs and fats are not a good mix... i think the best time would be with a protien and veggie combo or at night.....
