Flax Oil, Liquid Or Capsule?

Flax Oil, is it more effective in liquid or capsule form?

I am not sure about the effectiveness, but the first time I tried flax seed oil it was in a gel cap form.. mind you I had to take 14 a day to equal the amount needed.. way to expensive, too many pills. The oil lasts longer and it more convient.

So how much should you be taking a day... if your using the liquid?

it depends on your weight and your goal (cutting/bulking)

2-5 tablespoons a day is OK
