~Flavor-splosion Thread Update~

Hi all,

Busier than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest these days so the fun stuff is just too damn slow in coming...

I got from most of the responses to that FLAVOR thread that you all are most frustrated with the lack of flavors, or more importantly, the lack of repetoire to get cutting or calorie restricted regimens to have some variety without a whole assload of preperation time and effort. The idea of getting flavor and variety into a bulking scheme is pretty basic as the constraints are loose for MOST of y'all... not all, but most.

SOOOO.... my impression is what we need for the short term is really a list of: 'condiments' and spice combinations, herb preperations and the like that can be easily added to diets that you have already worked out the macro ratios to a T and basicly dont want to jerk with all that much.. hmmmm.. well... sorry. We are gonna jerk around with WHAT you eat, as well, but first things first: make what is already working for you TASTE better, or more precisely, add variety.

er... before i spend more time on that... am i right? In terms of priority:

YOU want more flavor/more variety that can be added to your current diet

or

Actual Full meal recomendations chock full o' flavor that fit within the regimens of cutting/calorie restriction..

you tell me.

Ill take B ;)

A sounds good. Although suggestions on sides with things like Cjicken, tuna etc would be appreciated.

ker-bump!

option is A is probably more important to me rigt now

option B would be nice but probably time consuming for you to do both

I vote both options. But I lean towards A. I think a lot of people don't realize what a difference spice can make in making a clean diet becomes more pleasant.

Both would be great. I'm very handy in the kitchen but would always like to learn more. I need better choices than 24 hot wings if I want to cheat. Tasty lighter fare when I want a snack would help me out a ton.
