Flagged??????HELP

Do they flag a name or a mail box, so could your room mate get it? Or say if your friend had got something taken from his old place and now he has moved, is he flagged or his new addy flagged?

there's no proof that a seizure means an address is flagged, i know tons of people who still receive to addresses that have been snagged

All the info I've seen around here regarding the subject keeps saying the same 2 things:

1. ALWAYS keep a clean house.

2. If your address is flagged for any reason, use a different address. I've seen a couple guys say never to even use a fake name, but NEVER ship to an addy that's flagged.
