guys i bought in NYC in my supermarket fitness bread. it it whole-corn and no preservatives or any sugars or any shit inside. imported from germany!
one slice has 5 grams or protein 0 gr fat and 23 grams of
carbs.
it is an exellent source of carbs for all u guys on diet.
