Can anyone point me to good resources (books, articles, websites, etc) to give me help with dual factor theory workouts? I want to find as much information as possible from what to do, how to do it, when to do it, etc. Thanks for ANY help whatsoever!

PS. I do NOT want bodybuilding techniques, I want general fitness techniques.
 
I know that the mag "Mens Health and Fitness" has some great info on this subject.

I subscribed and love it, great info about staying healthy in all aspects (sexual, cardial,etc.) It covers just about everything.

But of course, I still get my BBing mags.

I'll see if I can find an addy for it, even though it wont give you the info like the Mag would.
