Hey I have a couple of questions as I am trying to fine tune my cycle I'm about to start. For one I have been having a lot of joint aches and have heard fish oil is awesome to help with that but how many mgs and how often do.I need to take it. Also I keep hearing and reading a lot about the benefits of using a multivitamin and was wondering how much and how often I should take that. Thanks
