First timer...

Alright, i'm 5'10" at around 195 (pretty low bodyfat)... I'm at the gym at least 5 days a week (usually 6), and i've pretty much got dieting down (6/7 meals a day)... I'm thinking about running a cycle of sust250 and deca, but i'm not sure how long I should run the cycles for... can anyone help? What would be a good "begginer" cycle? I'm also looking into anadrol and anavar... Also, what would be a good pct?

I would drop the Deca....run the sust. at 500mg wk-2 injections per week....and start it off with 30-40mg dbol for 4 weeks........and make sure you have your anti-e and pct lined up BEFORE you start! :)
 
I competed in my first bodybuilding comp back in December, and I've been training for a little over 3 years now... I'm about to get into powerlifting for fun, but my main goal is to be a succesful bodybuilder...i'm currently looking through the forums for other info, but i thought it'd be good to ask too...

So I should start off with the Sust and D-Bol?
 
nono, drop the sust, get some enenthate. test e and dbol(4 weeks) for 10 weeks and hcg and nolva for pct, would be good.
 
I don't really want to give away my age... i know i shouldnt really even be considering steroids at my age, but i feel that im experienced enough to take the next step... Im afraid that if you guys know how old i am you'll hold back info, lol...
