Okay, i have done what i feel like is enuff research to get on a cycle. I used to weigh abotu 255 and i stand at 6ft. About a year ago i dropped that weight and im at 200lbs. I dont know what my bf is but i got a lil bit of a belly and other then that im pretty solid. Currently i have availability to Sustanon for a 8 week cycle. I want to gain more muscle and get rid of this lil bit of belly. Diet wise how many calories should i consume and what kind of workout routine should i use? Im sure that there are better choices but sust is what i can get and i have heard nothing but good things as well as seen the results on a couple of my buddies. Anything you guys post will be helpful,, thanks
