Okay, i have done what i feel like is enuff research to get on a cycle. I used to weigh abotu 255 and i stand at 6ft. About a year ago i dropped that weight and im at 200lbs. I dont know what my bf is but i got a lil bit of a belly and other then that im pretty solid. Currently i have availability to Sustanon for a 8 week cycle. I want to gain more muscle and get rid of this lil bit of belly. Diet wise how many calories should i consume and what kind of workout routine should i use? Im sure that there are better choices but sust is what i can get and i have heard nothing but good things as well as seen the results on a couple of my buddies. Anything you guys post will be helpful,, thanks

Congratulations on dropping 55lbs., that's great!

Have you considered altering your cutting diet, sticking to it and shedding more bodyfat naturally?

Can you get your bf% checked for us and post it here....

BTW just spend as much time as you can in the Diet and Anabolic forums and READREADREAD. I'm on here a couple hrs every day and learn somethin every day
 
Your diet will be the key part,So make sure that stays in check..Keep carbs low, and deffinately throw some cardio in.
