Age - 19 years old
Lifting History - 2 years on and off...took m1t saw a 15lb gain in one month.
Height - 5'11
Weight - 174lbs
Estimated BF% - 15% (my guess)
Diet - good carbs, 1g/lb protein, 2500 calories
Goals - Put on lean muscle while bulking -Target Weight = 200lbs
Proposed cycle - Deca 400mg/week - 1-8weeks
Winny 50mg/day - 3-8 weeks
Add. Info - Naturally I have a solid frame with pretty good genetics, im thinking with the help of the mentioned products above my goals can be realistic however your guys advice would be very helpful.
Do you guys think this would help me reach my goal? Any addition and/or subtraction of my proposed cycle would be helpful. Again I am new to this so any help/thoughts/advice would be great...Thanks alot guys/girls ( if there are any on this forum
