hey i was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am about to try winny for the first time, i have 30-50mg tabs. i have been working out hardcore again for about 3 months now and I want to take it to the next level.
I am currently doing cardio am./pm-weight train in the afternoons.
this is a pic of me from about 4 weeks ago, and i have lost a little more body fat since then.
I am wondering if i should divide the tabs into 4s, i know you only take about 10-12mgs a day for a girl, but will it screw up the effects by cutting up the tabs?
...also do i take in morning, night, or before workout...when is the best time?
I am 5'6" and i weigh 130lbs, my precent body fat is 15 (just got it calibrated last week)
i dont know if that is relevent for how much and when i should take it...
also i am wondering how many days should i go for--go til done?
anyone can help i would really appreciate it!!
