hi, im a 20 year old male. I'm bout 6"2 230 lbs and bf% of about 20%. I have been working out for about 3 years and am a pretty solid guy, but my strength basically has come to a halt. so my question is what anabolic steroid should i take if I mainly just want strength gains and a lil bit of cutting. im not too interested in either getting bulker or too much skinnier i just wanna gain strength and a lil more definition. ive been told winny is the best solution but just wanted some opinions...also whats this i keep hearing that you can drink winny?
thanks alot

ok bro how about just hang around awhile, read what these guys have to say. ive learned alot and you will def see the light (test)goodluck

first off 20% bf and you don't want to cut at all. if you want to cut up a bit look at your diet. aas will do nothing for you. winny does not burn fat, and yes YOU CAN FUCKIN DRINK WINNY. the cycle you want to run is
cardio on an empty stomach
diet
and good training regiment. 300g of protein daily. you will love the results

Im with this. If I were you I would train for at least another year naturally, maybe more. Once you get your training and diet down you will begin to make more gains. If you jump in with AAS now when youre not ready you will just be wasting your money and time. Dont use AAS to compensate for a poor diet and training, it wont work.

ive been working on the whole bf by waking up and doing cardio, then doing strength training after work because i heard thats the way to go. my diet too has improved tremendously. i mean ive tried for the past few years to just do cardio and strength train, but i feel like no strength gains or bf with change anymore

well i basically go for the 5 smaller size meals including poultry, nuts, meats, mostly high protein products. banannas. I mean like i said i dont watch the exact amount of calories or protein or anything, but i feel like im eating the right amount for the amount of cardio and lifting that i do

guys... i think some test would be ok for him AFTER dieting down a little first... maybe get down to 12%ish.. it will still be a lot of hard work, but he also mentioned he wants his strength to go up, and whenever i cut i dont usualy gain on my lifts without the aide of AAS...
so bro down your BF a bit and then try some test when you get near 12%... id bet you could keep most/all your strength at that % naturaly and then when your ready to cut a tad bit more (10%ish) and gain strength at that point with the added test...

also make sure you start counting calories... keep track of that shit and youll be better off

Stanozolol (Winny), will get you some endurance a bit of strengh and will dry up your joints.........

What is you interest in getting stronger?

aight thanks guys...so winny wont do any good then?

NO

You will notice some strength gains, but it won't do shit for definition or hardness at you bf level.
Unless you're a powerlifter, who the fuck cares how much you can lift? I'd rather look like I can bench 350lbs and only put up 250 rather than be able to bench 350lbs and look like shit.

What you need is diet, cardio and maybe some type of thermogenic. Get the bf down and then think about gear.

well lifting is just my hobby which i love to do and im getting mad due to the fact im at a halt and my strenghts just will not go up even though i feel im using the right methods..also im starting to train mma so im looking for something to help me with that...also does fish oil help to cancel out the joint pains, i know i already asked that in another thread

With mma, extra strength would obviously help you but I still don't think aas is the answer for you just yet.

If you're gitting a wall, why don't you try changing up the exercises?

first off... keep your basic heavy compound movements (bench, dead, squat, military press, cleans) as your first exersise.. warm up for them ok, but keep these first and foremost. next... for your other exersises up the intensity (do dropsets, use less rest between sets [try 15 seconds rest] do supersets etc) change the order, and do different exercises than usual
hope this help a little :artist:

Take yourself over to the training forum and post up your workout.

You are still a shade young to be jumping onto AAS, especially if you're doing it just because you think it's the next stage to keeping your weights going up. I came to this board looking for info on juice and found a good home in the weights forum. I'm confident you can get your lifts moving again naturally.

bro another thing you do not wanna take winny if you are an mma fighter. go with var or tbol. winny is gonna dry out your joints and they will ache. bad thing for fighting
