So I've been taking two shots of 250 enat a week for about 3 weeks now and I'm making gains but I have a few questions.
First a little history:
Feb13-Oct13 - I was in prison. I went from 160ish to around 202lbs. I was eating like a horse and working out 5-6 days a week.
Oct13-Now - My weight has gone ranged from 198-208lbs. I'm currently around 208lbs after starting my first cycle 3 weeks ago and when I started I was around 200lbs.
Anyway, my goal is 225lbs. I eat pretty well but how many grams of protein should I shoot for? I've heard 200 but then my question is how many grams can my body break down at a time and how long does that process take? Is the cheap walmart protein really bullshit? I try to eat mostly eggs, chicken, beef, pasta, bread, peanut butter, and then fast food while on the run. I drink 2-3 shakes a day as well. I try to eat before and after each workout and workout 5-6 days a week. I do one body part a day, adding in arms with chest and legs.
Please help me with everything. I want to get BIG!
