First time test 250 user needing help

So I've been taking two shots of 250 enat a week for about 3 weeks now and I'm making gains but I have a few questions.
First a little history:

Feb13-Oct13 - I was in prison. I went from 160ish to around 202lbs. I was eating like a horse and working out 5-6 days a week.

Oct13-Now - My weight has gone ranged from 198-208lbs. I'm currently around 208lbs after starting my first cycle 3 weeks ago and when I started I was around 200lbs.

Anyway, my goal is 225lbs. I eat pretty well but how many grams of protein should I shoot for? I've heard 200 but then my question is how many grams can my body break down at a time and how long does that process take? Is the cheap walmart protein really bullshit? I try to eat mostly eggs, chicken, beef, pasta, bread, peanut butter, and then fast food while on the run. I drink 2-3 shakes a day as well. I try to eat before and after each workout and workout 5-6 days a week. I do one body part a day, adding in arms with chest and legs.

Please help me with everything. I want to get BIG!
 
Get big just in case you have to go back to the farm? How old are you bro? How long were you away? 40lbs is pretty impressive on the minimum cal shit they feed you, must have had some major money on your books. Any idea what you BF% is?
 
I'm pretty sure your body can only absorb 25g of protein at a time. Any more then that and it's wasted.

Haha I'm not really worried about going back. I was away for 8 months. I'm not too sure about my bf%. I have a decent gut because I eat everything and anything and I don't do any cardio lol I'm 24 years old
 
Also, I think 2-3 shakes a day is overkill, try to get the majority of your protein from food sources, but Shawn is about right 25-30g in a sitting is ideal. Eat 5 - 6 times a day, drink lots of water, and just continue to lift. How tall are you? 40lbs is a lot of weight to have put on in 8 months, how big are we talking when you say "get BIG"?
 
I'm 5'11. I'm trying to get big bro. Most people are like damn your getting big but I want to be huge. I can worry about cutting up later
 
Well like I said eat every 2hrs. but clean food no more fast food unless it's every once in a while and keep up your training routine.

If that is true how does how does intermittent fasting work. Does it only apply if your not in a fasted state/natty?
