Well im about to start cutting for the first time, ive alwase been around 12-15% bf, but im getting sick of it, so heres the plan... Im going to be on clen for 2 week cycles, but here are my questions...
I was thinking, maybe i should start a m1t cycle at the same time as im taking clen, do you think that would help keep my muscle loss down?
Also, how many cals do you think I should go to... I was thinking around 1900 ish.
before i forget, here are some stats...
5'11"
200 lbs
around 12-14% bf
