Hey all,
I've been lifting for a long time and I'm starting to get pissed off by the lousy gains (aka no gains) I've been having over the past months. I'm interested in trying some sort of cycle, but I'm not exactly sure what I should use/how I should implement it.
I've gone through a ridiculous amount of posts on this board to try to learn as much as I can about this stuff, but I'm still pretty confused.
From what I've read, it sounds like Deca/Test is a good way to go for good gains and limited bad side-effects. However, I still don't have a clue about how much to use or how to come off cycle.
If anyone can recommend some good threads or if you can lend me a hand in the contents of this thread I'd appreciate it!
