First time back in more than a year

I just wanted to say that this is the first time in a year that i've been on the boards as this past year has been very hectic and i should go in and change my name to ex-mrs bigguns 72!!!

I am very glad to see that these boards have not changed and everyone is here to be a helping hand....thanks elite fitness!!

Hopefully, your diet and training didn't get side tracked but if it did, we are all here to give you the motivation and support you'll need to hop back on the wagon. I am new to the boards and everyone has been great!!

Thanks for the welcome back....not sure if it should be congrats or sorry yet either....still in love and all but there is someone else for him....oh well...we all live on. But i am happy to say that nope my diet and excersise has not been sidetracked in anyway....if anything the gym ect. has helped me out more this past year than anything else...
Sure am glad to be back though
