Bf: according to "step on" bathroom weight scale 23.5%
Lifting experience: 3 years (bulk fall & winter/cut spring & summer)
Diet: always consistent and clean
Cycle I am planing on doing:
Week 1-10: Test E 500mg per week (250mg mon & 250mg thurs)
Week 1-10: Anastrozole 0.50mg a day
Week 11-16: Tamoxifen 20mg everyday
Week 11-16: Clomiphene 50mg every day
This will be my first cycle ever and after A good amount of reading and looking for sources, this is the cycle that people say that is just right for a first timer.
Is this solid?
And i just read a recent post about keeping gains after a cycle that if you don't have your diet and workouts in check that you might loose it but yet it all has to do with how much you gained naturally.
From what u could tell you is that when I first started lifting I did not know jack about body building. My weight was 150 when I first began and the maxed I've ever reached during my training was 198lbs.
So hopefully I get to keep most of my gains.
