Hello People....I'm new to the forum and am about to start using TRT next month and need some advice.
I am basically being prescribed Test Cyponate 200mg per week, HCG, Clomid, and possible Sermorolin (costly, not sure yet) and what I'm guessing is the basic post-therapy (will provide information shortly).
My test levels are 309 and my free test is low (40 something) as well. Unfortunately, I have never been a gym guy. So, I'm not sure if jumping right into the gym is right for me. However, I don't want to waste this cycle. I likely cannot afford to do another one ($1700 for a 6 month supply - Kingsberg Medical).
I am 5'9 - 160lbs, about 8% bf, and served in the military as a scout. So, I know how to get in shape. Just not in the gym. What would you guys recommend for getting the most out of this?
