JesusHChrist. NOT for the faint(sp?) of heart. When (IF) I finish this bottle, I think I'll try capsules. To those with the testicular fortitude to hit 2 spoons of this a day; Bon Apetit!

Yea, its pretty awful at first. Once you get acustomed to it, its not that bad, just slam it and chase with water. By the way you'd likely have to take about 14 caps, depending on the brand, to equal the amount of fat you get in 1tbsp of oil. I also believe the oil is a better source, less processing I think that kinda thing.

i actually like the taste a bit. i now used Udo's Oil blend though which i think tastes even better...and i think it's better for you as well.

udo's is not bad at all

Flax tastes a hell of a lot better than straight fish oil, after taking tablespoons of that stuff, NO fish tastes fishy and NO food tastes that bad

Try Carlson's or Nordic Naturals. Only fish oils I've found without the fishy taste & doesn't come back up on you.

I've noticed with flax oil and a lot of healthy foods that after I don't have them for a while and go back to them they taste horrible. After a while you get used to the taste..

Do yourself a favor and try a name brand one that hasn't gone rancid. All the ones that albertson's carries are generic. Just my .02 from experience.
