Didnt hurt at all actually, but I cheated and shot my ass with a can of compressed air and was numb as shit in the whole area.

i did 4cc's at one time. then did the other 2 in the other glute. im going to alternate each week. i did the shots monday and i felt great. good luck bro, it only gets easier.
