First Show coming up, Need advice and help

Ok bros, im doing my first show August 3rd. Im doing it for a couple of reasons, number one to straighten out my life and get me more focused on my body and get away from some of the partying and bad things i've been doing. CUrrently, im 6' tall, 220lbs and pretty ripped, BF around 9-10%. I've been on test at 1000mg per week for 6 weeks now, and im taking 2.5 mg femara per day to stay ripped and shedded of all the water. The show is a little over 8 weeks out, here's my plan.

Im going to run the test until 3 weeks out, 6 weeks out im starting fina at 1cc per day, and winstrol at 50mg per day. 8 weeks out im starting equipoise at 600mg per week. 2.5mg femara all the way through. I think i have my drug schedule in line, i have it laid all out and prepared. What i need is help with my diet and not to be too early or too late for contest time.

I would like someone to help me lay out my diet and help me with this, please post or email me, at [email protected]. I would appreciate it greatly, i have access to any drugs i need and money isn't going to be an issue, No growth this time though. I have a buddy to help prepare as far as poses and i have my workouts in pretty good order, just need diet preparation. Any tips, thoughts, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Wish me luck.
 
You need a competitors dietician!

Asking for advice regarding diet for a competition is going to get you nowhere. Every body is different. You'll get the opinions of 100 different people on this board regarding diet. They will all tell you that this worked for me, blah, blah, but that doesn't mean it's going to work for you.

I'm doing my first show as well next Saturday, and I didn't hook up with a real competitors dietician until last week because I knew the basics of bulking up and dieting down to lose fat while retaining muscle. You can probably do the same considering your show isn't until August. The last few weeks before a show is where you can fuck yourself because most guys carb deplete and load, but some guys get watery from it. I didn't want to throw 5 months of hard work down the drain, so I hooked up with a great dietician/trainer that competed himself at the Nationals and won 1st place. I will be seeing him week by week until my show in order for him to gauge my progess and adjust my diet accordingly. You need to do the same thing, in my opinion. These guys are not expensive and they usually charge about $35-$45 per visit.

Seems logical SAF, i know how to manipulate my body, but i know there is more to it than just dropping and adding carbs here and there, i may try and find someone around here to sit down with me and help me. Right now im just trying to moderate my carbs and keep my protein as high as possible, i also have some work to do on the old legs, not quite up to par, and i know they are going to be my weakness.
