First Post: Looking For Experienced Advice

Hey all! nice to see such an informed community with a large resource of information on such a tough decision for me to make. Well heres the scoop...i play semi-pro football and lookin to put on some more muscle weight
I am 20 years old, 6'2 195 lbs 9.9% BF and have seriously considered juicing as i am looking to get up to about 230 lbs.
. Now I am a complete Noob mind you so dont use any abbreviations whatsoever please, I basically just want some advise on certain topics

1.What to choose- I am interested i think primarily in Winstrol as I am trying to put on lean muscle that can increase my athletic strength/speed and have heard rumors that it is "sprinter's juice". I was curious on you guy's input and thoughts and perhaps other suggestions or comments on Winstrol or alternatives(Deca-diabolin??? test???). All the ins and outs from cycle length to how much i need to take

2.Additional juice-such as a mass gainer to compliment the shredder that I am primarily looking for....I am already pretty cut, although not as much as i would like, so i would like to gain weight not just cut up.... Can i take 2 different injects during the same cycle??

3.What u guys normally would pay for a cycle of Winstrol (or any other suggestions)

4.How often i should lift??? I usually try to lift at least every other day

First of all, welcome to the EF boards.

1. Winstrol isn't the way to go if you're looking to gain 35lbs. I would recommend test enanthanate, possibly stacked with deca. With this being your first cycle I would keep the doses around 400mg test & 200-300mg deca per week. These 2 compounds are long acting so you should run your cycle for around 10 weeks to get the most from it.
For PCT(Post Cycle Therapy), use Nolvadex(never personally used for PCT) or Clomid(100mg per day) for 2-3 weeks.

2. The above compounds are mass gainers, no need for anything else alongside.

3. This is not the place to ask for prices. Find a source.

4. You only grow while you're resting. I personally only train every third day. You'll get mixed responses on this though.
