Nah I called the girl after thinking about the true impact on that much less cash and said thanks but no thanks. She is keeping my resume on file for when a postion more inline with my current salary opens up.
I know what my skill are worth and I am not going to go to a company that undervalues them with a simple well we offer this amazing comission structure. If they think I am worth anything at all they can certainly match my bottom end base salary.
