Remember to aspirate. If your drawing with a needle remember to replace it to inject. Massage the area nice and hard with a warm cloth for about 5 min..this will help with any sorness later on...dispose of your pins properly.

You'll be fine bro. I prefer to do my pokes just before training. Seems to help. As said before, draw w/ one and shoot w/ another.

ok bros just finished....i guess i am offically on the dark side lol....im starting out low for my first cycle im doing 250mg of test cyp. i injected into my right glute.....ill give a step by step and tell me if i missed anything crucial lol...

1. washed my hands
2. took seal off vial
3. Whiped rubber with alcohol swab
4. Put steril pin on sterile syringe
5. drew 1cc of air
6. injected air into vial and drew 1cc of test(which was kind of a pain in the ass)
7. put a new sterile pin onto syrine
8. wiped injection site (right glute) with an alcohol swab
9. uncovered the pin and pushed in slowly (went in like a warm knife through butter )
10.aspirated nothing came up and injected slowly
11. pulled pin out and follwed with an alcohol swab
12. massaged site for 3-5mins with a warm cloth

Nice! sounds like you did your homework.

BTW, you can inject a bit more air into the vial which will help you draw out of it. I usually push in 2 cc's of air per 1 cc that i will draw.

I just did my first one three weeks ago. I had my buddy do it for me because I was such a pussy. Had to take a few shots of Vodka just to calm down afterwards.

Now I'm doing them on my own like a champ. I actually look forward to Sundays and Thursdays--it's a whole ritual. LOVIN THIS SHIT! Test E 500ew/Deca 300ew.

I guess we're on the darkside now lol72!!!

thanx all for the advice and comments...its crazy i actually cant wait till next week to hit the left side!..well i have one more question i did my first shot today because i didnt get my stuff till yesterday i was planning on having it monday.....do you think i should wait till next weds b4 shooting again or do u think i should get into doing it on mondays?....IMO i think it would be good for weds becuz thats my leg day and im not really sore at all just a little bit..but yall tell me wut u think

considerin the fact that a human male can make considerable gains on the 70 mg's of Testosterone that the body produces> 10 mg per night , then you will make decent gains, with your cycle.. blood levels are the biggest consideration like the other bros said.., however if you want to make mad gains then do 1 250 mg shot per every 4 days.. my first cycle was that,, and I made mad gains. real mad gains...
