First ever cycle

Hey just joined the site never taken steroids before have been researching them for a while

I'm thinking about running an 8 week cycle injecting testosterone and taking anabol tablets aswell

Would like to know if this is a good idea and need help with post cycle treatment aswell thanks

Btw I'm 5'11 and about 94 kgs

You will need an AI and HCG while on cycle. Bloodwork before cycle to see where you are at. Your stats are needed for any detailed information.

So HCG run alongside the steroids to stop testicular shrinkage and an AI to stop estrogen aromatising is that everything I will need ?

When do I take the AI ?

Going to look into getting my blood levels checked need to do this a professionally as possible

Depends on how much you are taking. HCG is not needed on reasonable cycles. However you do need an AI and some sort of PCT. Some PCT is way stronger than others. Without knowing how large a cycle you are on can't really suggest a proper strength pct.

Just wanted to do a sensible first cycle from what I've read I'm intending to use nolvadex as pct

Was going to use 20-30mg of anabol a day alongside however much test was recommended on here

1st cycle 400mg of test a week will work fine all by it's self.
Add AI and moderate PCT.

Yea I would suggest a test only cycle. 300-400mg test cyp a week. I always split mine. So 200mg Monday. 200mg Thursday.
Aromasin is the best AI. 12.5mg eod to start. And adjust as needed.
You can add adrol in. But I'd save that for cycle number two. You need to see how your body reacts to new compounds.
Here's a layout to check out
1-12 Test cyp 400mg
15-18 is your four week pct:
nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Aromasin 12.5mg eod throughout.
You can add HCG if you want. Some do. Some don't. I suggest it this way:
Weeks 11-14 250iu twice a week

Thanks might just run a test only cycle first time and save the anabol for the second cycle I will let you all know when I start the cycle and how it goes
