well today was my first day back in the gym....went and joined a local gym for 2 months instead of using my school gym.....i started off with a heavier weight than expected, but my stamina proved to not be there after 2 exercises......but thats what happenings when you take 7weeks off and pretty barely eat anything.......im happy though, motivation is there and I think if i work hard and eat alot Ill hit the same level i used to be within a month.......biggest motivation was when my family came to my house.....my mother turned to me and said in greek....."son you need to eat something you look like bones"....and my twin got a good laugh at it too....hes now 25lbs heavier than me...so i have some catching up to do
