First Day Here - A question for you guys

Hey Guys

This is my first day here, but after reading some of the threads, I've decided I'll be here alot.
Just wanted to let you know that I am 20 years old, I've been lifting for a year and a half.
When I started lifting 1 1/2 years ago, I was only 150lbs. In only 7 months, I put on 30 pounds, using only creatine and weight gainer. I am now 180lbs, mostly put on muscle, however a little went into the waist.
My problem is, after the initial 7 months that I put on 30 pounds, I've been stuck at 180lbs since then. For 8 months, I've been 180lbs, and been stuck benching 225. I really need to start getting bigger. At this point, should I turn to anabolics?

Switch your diet and training schedule up, the body tends to adjust to regular schedules. Try to push yourself more and use a spotter to push the extra weight. Increase the bench some and focus, I am sure you will be able to push 250. Generally we do not turn to gear until we are done producing free testosterone, at about the age of 25. So wait a little bit, eat a little more, and then see what happens. Strength and a great body does not happen overnight. It takes time and research, sit back and enjoy
 
youve reached a sticking point and need to change youre caloric intake as well as routine for gaining size try to train with someone whos bigger than you which will initiate your potential.
