First Cycle....

Anavar Cycle
hey guys ...im considering starting an anavar only cycle...(it will be my first cycle, however i have taken some over the counter test boosters before)...how long should i take it for....what are the doseages.....do i need any PCT - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - ?...all im looking to do is add maybe a tad bit more size...but increase definition with the least possible sides ...
and by the way...can or shoudl i stack an over the counter test booster with it or should i like an "original hd" or "tt40" or "17 hd" (like is it recommended or safe to do)

and one more thing...is it safe to take while on accutane??


ik im prob. at a natural test peak....got i really liked how even the over the counter shit made me look...

If you LOVE o.t.c. crap, when stick to it, and don't mess with anything else.

Diet is key here.

the whole diet thing has me very confused.....cuz i heard your body can only break down 24g of protein per hour.....the rest is supposed to be stored as fat or wasted....??
 
before you can gain muscle or lose fat you have to have the knowledge of how to diet..its very hard for someone to start a strict diet and leave all the "unclean foods" behind cold turkey..first you must get your diet in order and down to a T stay strict on it and tweak it to your training needs and physique goals... i cant comment about your age because im young to but i have been on a strict diet for a very long time and still dont have it down pat.. (because my training goals are changing)
get yourself a feaseable diet in hand, test it, see if it works with your training and also see if you can stick with it..
whenever i have lost or gained weight my diet has been the determining factor as with anyone else;s gains on this board have been.

do you guys have any sample diets i can possibly try out??

start off eating roughly 6 meals a day that consist of 30-50grams of protein each meal

20 yr old is too young i agree, But i started at 21 and I made substantial amount more gains than i did naturally. I would suggest to not juice yet, but if you want to, a 50 mg ed anavar cycle is a mild good first cycle IMO. You will get a lot stronger, and put on a few real solid pounds. Actually, as a beginner you could put on 7-8 lbs with var, if your diet is good. Honestly though, a first cycle of 250-500mg EW of test E for 12 weeks will get you MUCH stronger and bigger. Simple and with awesome results. If you don't want to inject, use var or tbol. You'll gain more mass with tbol, but you'll get stronger with var. depends on what you want.
