first cycle

First things first, stats: I am 21, 5'10, 175, Good meal plan, good shape, working out on and off since 15, been very serious for 2 yrs. Workout 4 days a week and 20 min. intense cardio on off-days. Let it also be known that I am a VERY hard gainer... I don't put on weight easily. I have been in the 175 area for almost 6 mos now. I've been doing my own research for about 3 months now on top of what my HUGE friends tell me and this is what I have come up with:

10 weeks:
Sust500mg/wk x 10wks
EQ200-300mg/wk x 10wks

My goal is to gain a lot/massive size and get decently cut and vascular all in one cycle (only my forearms and calves have any vascularity)... Am I asking too much? Should I consider anything else? I don't plan on cycling again after this. But who knows if my mind will change. Any advice or insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Read up on Aromatase Inhibitors (AI's) to combat any sides related to estrogen. Mine, as well as many others, here like AIFM. You can get this at the AF store. It is legal, easy to use, cheap, and lasts for a long time...and very effective.

Depending on your genetics, you may be disappointed if looking for dramatic gains in both muscle and fat loss at same time. Most find it easier and get better results when they either decide to cut or bulk separate. Not saying you can't gain a few pounds and stay relatively lean as well.

Keep diet and workouts a top priority.

You'll probably cycle again......have a big hunch on this:)

Test looks fine. Most guys can get away with this by itself for a first cycle.

However, the addition of Eq will not hurt things much. If included, bump it up to 400-500mg/wk with the test.

I'd do both together for 12 weeks instead of 10 though.

Can't stress importance of diet and eating enough.....this will make or break you....this lifestyle isn't cheap so don't waste your time & $$$ if you are not serious about it. AAS+BB lifestyle = $$$$$.

Here's a tip that will help.........Before STARTING your cycle, read as much as possible and ask as many questions as you can so that you know as much as you can before doing this. Do not start your cycle and ask if the design of it is okay. Get everything situated beforehand.

thanks a lot... i have a post cycle plan and nolvadex on hand as well as a high protein diet. just hoping to see decent gains and vascularity... anything to solidify these gains in hopes of keeping most of them??
