First things first, stats: I am 21, 5'10, 175, Good meal plan, good shape, working out on and off since 15, been very serious for 2 yrs. Workout 4 days a week and 20 min. intense cardio on off-days. Let it also be known that I am a VERY hard gainer... I don't put on weight easily. I have been in the 175 area for almost 6 mos now. I've been doing my own research for about 3 months now on top of what my HUGE friends tell me and this is what I have come up with:
10 weeks:
Sust500mg/wk x 10wks
EQ200-300mg/wk x 10wks
My goal is to gain a lot/massive size and get decently cut and vascular all in one cycle (only my forearms and calves have any vascularity)... Am I asking too much? Should I consider anything else? I don't plan on cycling again after this. But who knows if my mind will change. Any advice or insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
