first cycle

The deca d-bol stack is one of the most famous stacks but not necessaraly for your first cycle..Need to know stats and how long you've been working out personally I stay away from orals besides Clomid and shit like that

Try typing "first cycle" in the search forum box. Theres a lot of good stuf there to help you get those answers. D-bol and Sustanon ( 4 different tests ) combined is a good first stack. Sustanon alone is good as well. Read the stickies before you ask too many questions. Research the forums. Name your goals, age, heighth, bodyfat, diet ect.
 
well i've been working out since i was 15 mostly just push up things of that sort. in the last year and a half i've got really serious. put on some mojor weight (70 pounds). would like to put twenty more on, but get cut as well.
looking for somthing that would give me the boost seeing that it's like 2 pounds at a time now and the far and few between. as well i'm a hard gainer to start with. any help is appreciated.

This is more than enough for a first time, anything else is too much...period..

uhhh you need to get your story straight. 70 lbs in a year and a half and you are a hard gainer?

what are your current stats?

age, weight, height, bf% ?

SERIUOSLY! I missed that. So you are what? 17yo? Are you fat? 70 lbs is a lot .

i'm 22 6 feet 1 inch. 220 pounds and 25% fat. and ya lol i'm a hard gainer but like i said i got really serious about it. nothing but eat sleep train. when you want somthing this bad it usally happens. i'm still pretty new to this training thing compared to guys that have been serious for ten years but i'm still trying to learn as much as possible. and don't get it twisted i appreciate everyone's help.

lol thanks but no i'm not fat, i just don't train like a girl. i just eat like a man. all the right things all the time. made myself sick to the point of pukeing i ate so much. gotta say it was worth it though.

IMO, try to cut some BF a little before a cycle. Ease up on that power eating. Some lite carbs for b-fast like oatmeal, clean protien for unch with salad, veg for dinner, dont eat after 7pm, cardio in am on empty stomach. Read tons of info in here. I would try to steer you to a test only cycle to see how you react.

why bother with juice??

if u put on 70lb in 18 months then it should only take 4 or 5 months to gain another 20lb. u seem to be doing something right so far for a hard gainer.
wish i could bang on the lb's that quick!
 
thanks, i'm just having a hard time being motivated in the last month. thought mabey the jucie would jump start me again.
 
SOMETHING SOUNDS FISHY! Read the Newbie thread bro that will steer you in the right direction of this site. 25% BF, thats crazy! You should diet with leans, no carbs, high pure protien powder, flax oil to help digest your high protein intake. Shit what kind of CARDIO are you doing? Almost want to say liquidClen right now, but dont do that!

well i've been eating pretty lean the last while. been taking tha advise that comes from here. i'm a hard gain and i eat alot of meals so i'm at 17% now. but shit it hasn't even been three weeks now. i figure four more weeks i could be a 12% with my dissapline. as for cardio i do 30min two or three times a week. i would have to admitt though that i was eating alot of fat before. you said though that you would sujest liquidclen why???
