First cycle!!!

I am going to use 400mg of deca and 250mg of sust a week for 8 weeks. Is this enough sust or should I go 500mg/wk? I am 5-9, 210, with 15% bf. I play football for a DIII college. Also how much clomid should I take at the end of this cycle, and for how long.

300 mg of Deca and 500 mg of sust is ok..... clomids well usually its 300 mg the first day then 100 mg the next 10 days and 50 for another 10 days but I know people who have done only 100 mg for 15 days and got their balls back tto normal..........
