Ok I have everything in place for my first PH cycle of 1-AD and 4-AD. I've never done any gear.
I am 47 yo. 118Kg ~24% bf.
Bench 140Kg
Squat 180Kg
I've been lifting regularly this time around for 21 months but only just starting on the squats and deads due to a chronic back problem which is just about sorted now. I've been getting steadily stronger over the past year.
I want to gain strength and lose some bf but not too fussed about the bf. I'm looking to the PH more as a boost to my strength and workouts rather than any hopes of gaining crazy mass. I've been cycling creatine since July and tidying up my diet for the past few months but not measuring any amounts re carbs/fat/protein but I reckon I eat about 200-250g of protein a day between meals and shakes.
It's my first cycle and I am intending 300g 1-AD (Ergopharm) and 150g 4-AD (Molecular Nutrition Ethergels) ED for 20 days mostly as an experience builder. I had intended just the 1-AD but added in the 4-AD to reduce the 1-AD lethargy sides and, maybe, to get some extra out of the cycle by stacking.
I have three packs of each and plan a later cycle of 400/200 ED for 30 days after a couple or three months if all goes well with this cycle. I have 6-OXO for a tapered pct over three weeks and another two packs for a four-week pct for my next cycle and my Nolva finally arrived today in case of any sign of any gyno problems. I also have milk thistle, ala, trib, zma, saw palmetto and flaxseed oil all lined up to run alongside and I already started a pre-cycle week of milk thistle to bolster my liver. The ala for during cycle and the trib, zma and milk thistle for during pct. Saw palmetto for the whole cycle and pct.
I'm posting in the hope that someone will run their eye over this and say "yep, looks fine" or whether anyone is going to call me a dumb fool for neglecting something obvious like an anti-DHT shampoo.
