I'm going to do a anavar only cycle and i was wondering what a good start dose would be for someone new to cycling, should i start low and work up with doses, or just start high throughout? Also should i take prior to workout only or would taking every 8 hours (for the half life) to keep up steady levels increase effects?
I'm not looking to get big, just to lean out and tone up. i'm currently 5'11'' 165 lbs.
Also, i've read it has low androgenic effects, so is any specific PCT needed or advised?
