First cycle Week 6 results

I'm new to this board and just would first off like to thank everyone for their help and advice, without you I wouldn't know jack shit about what to do.

I wanted to post my cycle and results so far for others to learn from.

I started on March 3, 2002 and wanted to do a light first cycle to see how my body reacted to the gear.

Current 10 week cycle:

weeks 1-6, 20mg dbol in divided 5mg doses every 4 hours ED

weeks 1-10, 250mg Omna every week

weeks 1-15, .5mg arimidex EOD(probably didn't need this much but wanted to be on the safe side)

weeks 13-15, 100mg clomid first week, 50mg next two weeks

1mg propecia every day

ALA 900mg every day in 3 divided doses
NAC 1800mg everyday in 3 divided doses
Milk thistle 2 caps 3xday
multi vitamin twice a day
Saw palmeto 2 capsule twice per day
Evening primrose oil 2 caps twice per day
Hemp oil morning
Aloe vera extract for any intestinal discomfort/stomach upset (this varies with when I take it) 1 capsule/day
MSM/glucosamine 4caps twice/day

I started at body wt of 219 and today I weigh in at 239lbs. I have not drastically altered my calories from pre-gear use. I have upped my protein intake somewhat and keep my water intake high 1-2 gallons/day. I have no bloat, very little if any acne, but I do have restless sleep and I'm hot at night/sweats. No increased aggression, I actually feel much more calm. Strength is up more than I had hoped and some injuries I've been nursing have actually healed while others have not. So far I've added 30+ pounds to my bench and 55+ pounds to my squat.

I'll be discontinuing the dbol this week and am hoping I can keep my strength up and keep making quality gains. What do you think I can expect from here on out or can you make any suggestions as to what I should do that maybe I may have missed to make the 2nd half of this cylce worthwhile?

For a first cycle everything looks good and Im glad to see that youve done your homework. I wouldnt change anything for the 2nd half of your cycle and you really shouldnt see any change in strength once the dbol is stopped, the omnas will keep it going. Im glad to see that you went with a light cycle the first time around, smart move for the reason that you stated, seeing how you rbody reacts. Keep your diet in check and stay focused with the goal at hand. Im not sure what your goal is with this cycle, whether trying to cut or bulk, maybe just to put on some nice lbm, no matter what you should be very pleased with teh results. You might not see any acne now, I usually never see acne during a cycle, its post cycle that you need to watch out for. Omnas/sus usually break me out for a couple months post cycle, just make sure you shower twice a day and use neutregena body wash with a scrub brush. This is a good post for other newbies to read, good job so far bro and keep up the good work. Keep us posted. Peace

Congrats on starting with a light cycle. I wish I had done it that way. The restless sleep and night sweats will stop when you drop the D-Bol.

Good gains by the way! Have you been monitoring body fat too?
 
Thanks for the replies. I really haven't monitored body fat, I've been using the mirror mainly. I've been lifting hard on and off for the past 10 years and powerlifting since 2000 consistantly. Goals were to add quality size and strength, and see how I would react to the gear. I can tell you this, I feel I've added QUALITY MUSCLE gains that I feel I'll be able to maintain into the future. I will keep an eye on the acne post cycle thanks for the advice.
 
can't complain on a 20 lb gain...excellent!basically,you're cycle is a winner and your focus should remain on quality training,diet and recup...consistency will aid in keeping the majority of your gains post cycle...GOOD LUCK w/ the rest of your cycle and keep us posted on progress...
 
I personally know this guy and the transfortmation has been terrific....This cat has been lifting for years....box squats 550.... ie. 15 inches from the ground......LOW DOSES WORK....if you do it correctly you can grow on 20 mg dbol and 250 test....this guy has proven it to me.

I think my next cycle will be 30-40 mg anavar ED and 250 test/week.
 
i experienced great gains with 250mg/wk of sus alone my first cycle, then used it as a base the following 2 cycles. this cycle i boosted it up to 500mg/wk to see how my body would react and if i would see any sides. There is no difference in sides, actually no sides at all to this point. I will most likely stick with this dosage for a while.

You're on an anti-estrogen right?

Anyway, congrats on the sust. I'll never touch that shit again. Too many fevers and painful injections.
 
I'm taking anastrozole, some say I probablly don't need it but its better to be safe than sorry.

I'll be taking some max attempts towards the end of the cycle to see where I'm at and I'm expecting some nice numbers. The increases in my strength are nothing I couldn't have done naturally, its just been speeded up. Instead of taking 2 years its taken me a month to get there.

I want to keep the gains I've made in size and really make that new muscle stronger.

Im on arimidex, and I never experienced any fever with sus and very little pain. That shit is different with everyone, but I wont go back to sus either just because the omnas are cheaper and I so far i am very impressed.

Careful with max lifts after a cycle. Your muscles get stronger faster than your tendons, ligaments, and muscle attachment points.
 
also wanted to add that i see this is your first cycle...kudos to you for clearly doing the research necessary for an effective first cycle.
