its my first cycle, and i just did my first shot last week. i'm running it for either 8, 10, or 12 weeks at 250mg/ weekly. which brings me to my first question. which should i do 8, 10, or 12 weeks? i also was told that pyramiding up to 500mg/ weekly midway through the cycle is a good idea then tapering back down to 250mg/ weekly, any ideas? also, i have nolvadex and hcg on hand for pct, will they even be necessary with such a low dose? and lastly, my diet now is pretty clean- lots of eggs, steak, chicken, tuna, whole wheat breads, pasta, tons of fruits and veggies- processed foods and sweets/junk are extremely minimal. however since i'm mostly looking for bulk should i not be so vigilant with eating clean and just eat everything in site? i dont think putting on fat will be much of an issue because my metabolism is very fast and i train MMA 4-5 days a week which burns calories like crazy.
