First cycle suggestion

I know this might be gettin old but here it is again.. a cry for help for a first cycle suggestion.

Ok i'm 26 years old and i'm not a big guy i'm 5'6" 152lbs 8% BF. I'm in my second year of training. when i started i was 135lbs 15%BF. But it seems now that i just can't get any further anymore. i been reading on this site for a year now, i diet properly and train accordingly. I'm just not sure what i need to get ahead. my ultimate goal is to eventually over a few more years reach 175lbs at 8-6% BF. I dont know if you guys can point me out in the proper direction
 
you have been only training for 2 years. You need to rethink what your goals are and if steroids are for you.
 
Go to the training forum and post up your plight.

You've barely scratched the surface of lifting and gear now would be a waste.
 
Hit a plateau eh? I can see what the post above means, but i mean come on. If your gonna take aas you might as well do it right.

first cycle: anywhere from 250-1000 mgs of test enthate or cyp. a week. Pick a dose and stay with it for 8-10 weeks. During cycle take nolvadex, aifm or some type of anti estrogen. 2 weeks after last shot of test start on clomid.

I'm sure you can gain more it's just that your gains have slowed since you have started and it soesn't seem like you're gaining anymore. The bigger I get the slower the gains come. When I first started gains came very quick and that was off a shitty diet and a little bit of creatine. I am 10x more dedicated than I was back then and cycling and making about the same progress I was back then. But I'm 60lbs heavier now too. Really narrow in your diet and see if that helps. A clean high cal (4000-5000) diet can do wonders for a physice(sp). G/L
 
you are going to do it anyway, shit i did. run test only. 12-14 weeks, i'd run 250 mg ew broken up into 2 shots, say mon. & thurs. get some AIFM and start at 2 pumps per day. HAVE YOUR PCT PLANNED OUT AND ON HAND!!! HCG, Clomid and AIFM.

It will be fun.
 
Look guys, this is crazy; he's barely started working out and, so far, added but a shade more than 10% to his untrained state.

A run of gear at this stage is not only pointless, it's counter-productive.

Why would you offer advice to somebody who has even posted a workout rountine or even their diet??? It seems like those should be the first questions to ask. NOT here ya go, and have fun... Does this make sense?
Ya you can say the he's gonna do it anyway but, why not exhaust the natural avenues before doing something that he has no idea about? Sounds like the dude hasn't done a lick of homework regarding AAS. I'm more interested in what he has done to get him where he currently is.

whole wheat wrap with turkey and ham <150g combined>
lettuce
2 slices of tomatoes
onions
hellmans ultra low fat mayo
kraft fat free swiss singles
1/2 scoop whey

2nd break
150g canned chicken breast
large apple

dinner <pre work out>
large chicken breast
whole wheat pasta w/ tomato sauce
veggies

post workout
baked potato w/ cottage cheese
1 scoop whey


their are variations in this on certain days and same goes with the workout.
 
what are your weights in conjunction to you rep/set scheme, and you for got to post your diet. Diet is 80% if not more, to this that ANYTHING else
 
primo: 1000mg/wk 1-14
test p: 500/wk 1-14
dbol: 25mg/day 1-14
eq: 600/wk 1-14
tren: 400/wk 1-14
400g's protien daily
800g's carbs daily
basically just live at Giant Eagle for the entire cylce

you'll be sittin a solid 175#'s in a few months mane.... but don't take my advise i'm only a 4 month old noob here

well, sounds like someone woke up on the wrong side of the rock.
 
have you plugged you daily diet in fitday.com at all to see you nutritional breakdown? If not i would suggest you do. It's a lifesaver. What are your EXACT goals also? Be specific. Have you stayed with the same diet and training rountine for your entire 2 years of training?

just posted it after.. didn't let me do it right away.. apparently u have to wait 600 seconds between posts.

anyways.. the weights i lieft for the 5 x 8 are roughly around 80% of my max 1 rep.

i have done my research on nutrition and training i have glycemic index charts and i have food scales at home.. i'm pretty OCD actually. Just impatient i guess.

i used to be a porker a few years back.. i used to wiegh 185lbs lost a lot of weight by crash dieting then di some research got in the gym and started eating properly and weight lifting
