first cycle so far

currently on week 3 of a test e and dbol cycle. test e @ 500mg pw and 30mg dbol pw. 3rd week of dbol i up it to 45mg. dont know if its too soon for real gains but i dont seem to be gaining much at all. ive noticed a gain of a few lbs but doesnt seem to be water retention either, i dont notice any bloat or anything, seem to be pretty defined in all areas as i was just slightly bigger. no sides that i know of at all. training hard and eating well (although the odd day i dont have much of an appetite). sex drive doesnt really seem to have changed, (usualy high anyway.

does any of this sound normal? is everything on track? was kinda thinking the dbol might not be the best, from wat i have researched over the months i was kinda expecting more, especially since its my first cycle. any thoughts or comments appreciated...... thanks

Most people wont really notice much till week four or five. zTest e is a long acting ester and it takes time to get your blood levels up. The dbol at 45mg is way too high for your first time. Your probably getting headaches from it. I would keep it at 30mgs. 45mg will give you bloat. Make sure your getting lots of protein and drinking water all day. The dbol will give you a strength. Just wait another weekor so. The weight your gaining is def. the dbol right now.

30mg dbol pw or ed bro? you should have noticed something in week 3 by now with the dbol, unless your diet isnt in check..

Shouldn't you be getting dbol gains by week 1-2?

sorry bro's, its 30mg per day, but i upped it to 45 because im not experienceing 'any' difference. i would feel a slight headache at times, (although so slight u wouldnt really call it a head ache. i know its not the test this early but i dont feel much of the dbols either. thinking there barf gear!

stats. 27, 5'11 and 12stone at the min. lifting on and off 3 years. back full time couple of months.

diet.. 6am- 7eggs 1 yolk, 100gm porridge and 2 scoops protien in a shake
8am- 100gm porridge protien
10am- 6 tuna sambos brown bread couple bits fruit
1pm- 150gm brown rice or pasta, 2 chicken fillets, vegs
3pm- 100gm porridge and protien
5pm- more tuna sambos
7pm- train... protien drink
8.30pm- potatoes 2 chicken fillets veg
just b4 bed about 10.30- scrambled eggs and toast.

i follow this strictly mon-fri. weekends im off work so its harder to keep eating on schedule. to me this diet is pretty good and clean.

if any 1 can criticise it please do so if its going to help.
 
If you're in third wk and haven't gained ANY weight then it is probably fake.
What lab are you using?
 
norma test e and schering testoviron. the dbols are called methandienone in a white bottle with a blue and green stripe on it. i can post pics if nessessary.

Sorry to have to say this, but from the results they're fake, atleast the dbol is, i mean week 3? you should of felt that shit by now, and at 45mg everyday is a fucking ton, people can make substantial gains at 25mg easily and feel it earlier than three weeks. As for the weight gain, when i first started eating right, my weight went up too. I seriously wouldn't raise it up to 45mg a day, it could be something completely different from dbol if it's fake, i got medicine in the cabinet that can cause headaches if you take enough.
 
here are pics of the dbol. the container anyway. the tabs are pure white small, with no markings on them at all. 5mg per tab

Zero fat in that diet? Not good. You've gotta be ready to explode with all that food? How about some almonds and olive oil? Knock down a handful at least at 10am and 5pm. That will get you 40 grams or so and 360 extra cals that you can cut back a little porridge or bread for your sandwiches.
 
can these pics ive posted not be seen by non plat members? didnt know that as im not even plat myself. how do i go about doing this.
