History: Been training for about 7 years. 3 years - the proper way
Body type - natural ectomorph with non-training weight of around 140-150lbs
Been able to achieve the following in my "natural" 7 years:
185 lbs weight
Squats 225/12
Bench 205/8
Chinups 190/9
Shoulder Press 115/11
Rows 120/10
Dips 225/9
etc.
Currently Week 8 of 10 Week cycle (1-10 400mg/Enanthate, 1-3 20mg Dbol/day) and here are my results (the last few weeks wont really matter in terms of strength/weight as I will be only increasing reps...):
205 lbs weight
Squats 275/9
Bench 255/5
Chinups 225/5
Shoulder Press 165/5
Rows 155/6
Dips 270/6
etc.
