Sup everyone. Need advice on my first cycle. Sorry this is gonna be a long one. haha. A friend and I are planning on doing a cycle together over the summer to build up for next years Semi-Pro Football season. He has used gear before but I havent. I'm curious if the cycle we are going to do is right. I dont have all the dosages and the exact amounts from week to week, I will get it from him tomorrow and post it up so you guys can critique it. The cycle we are looking at doing is: Sust/Deca and post cycle: not sure what to use, he suggested Andro but I have been reading up about clomid and that seems the better choice??
As far as my stats go I'm 25 yrs old, Height: 6'3 Weight: 248-250. I am kinda on and off again about the gym, usually go in 4 month spurts. I had been pretty steady in the gym HARD up until December and recentley had to take a few months off from injurys during our season this year, and put on some weight. I'm basically looking to bulk up and increase my strength, and get rid of the fat along the way. When I'm working out I do cardio for 45 mins before every workout and abs at the end of every work out, no exeptions so not really worried about getting to overweight, but wonder how the stack Im thinking of will affect my weight. Not looking to shred up but wouldnt mind seeing the handles and excess go away.
I am studying up every night and I have a few concerns that I'm not to knowledgeable about. Such as estrogen, what do I need to mix in so that this isnt a problem, what would be a good anti-e to add? my friend is suggesting we use Andro from GNC as soon as we finish our cycle but I am not sure why, I see most here use clomid or some other form to get your body producing test normally again? Sorry guys im a straight noob, so bare with me. I have been hungry for knowledge since I decided on using gear, so I am doing my homework dont worry. Just need some good advice. Thanks in advance!!
