Hey guys I've been a member for a couple weeks now and I can't believe how much I've learned in such little time. Everyone on this board is so knowledgable, helpful and I'm glad I joined this board out of the many. For the past couple of months I’ve been thinking about doing my first cycle. I’ve read millions of websites, a couple books, and I think I’m ready to give it a shot. I was wondering if you guys wouldn’t mind seeing what I got here to work with and could help me out.
I am a 24 year old male with an ectomorph body type. I’ve been lifting since I was 19 4-5 times a week. For cardio I usually run 3-5 miles anywhere from 2-5 times a week and box occasionally. Right now I am 5’11 171 with 11% body fat. For the past couple months I’ve really focused on my diet by taking in anywhere from 3500-4000cals a day with 40g of protein a serving. My goals for lifting is to increase my weights and my muscle mass because I feel I have reached a plateau and I want to take it to the next level. I’m thinking of my first cycle to be either a straight test enth 400 or a test enth 400 with dianabol 20mgs/day.
Any help and constructive criticism would be most appreciated. Thanks guys
