On a serious note, I am a new member here and just wanted to introduce myself to the board. I am 29 years old and have been training for about 9 years now, naturally up to this point. I am 6'-4" and weigh 220 pounds (17% bf). I eat between 3500-4000 calories a day, and consume a minimum of 200 grams of protein a day as well. I also supplement my diet with MRP's, EFA, multiv, and BCAA's. I bust my rear end in the gym 4-5 days per week, typically training one body part per day. I am at the point in my training where I am considering implementing gear into my training. To be honest, I am not neccessarily looking for quick, massive gains but would be happy with more slow, steady gains. I have been reading this board for about 6 weeks now and the information I have gained from you all has been excellent, thank you for that.
