First Cycle - Question

Guidance needed.

I am starting my first cycle. I have decided to go with Test E @ 400mg/w and winny 50mg/ed. I will be running a 10 week cycle, when should I start the winny? Is the Test alone a good start? Also, I am worried about gyno, when should the anti e's begin? I have read posts, that it should start during and others, after.

Ideally, you should start taking an anti-aromatase before your cycle and run it all the way through PCT, but at the beginning will suffice.
Start the winny in week 7 and go to week 12...start PCT in week 13.
