I am 38 years old 189cm and 105 kg(233 p) and i plan to make my first
try in one month
I have for this :
7 sustanon ( i can't find more sust)
40 propionic 50 mg
20 deca 200 mg
clomid 2 box
arimidex 1 x28 tab
nolva 1 box

my plan:
week 1 -6 prop 100 mg eod deca 400 mg /per week
week 7-9 sust 500 mg
arimidex 05 ed
clomid after 3 week of last shot 300/100/50
nolva ready

is that ok or something else will be better?

You need to use the propionate at the end of the cycle, since it´s a lot easier to time your clomid therapy. I´d do:
Sust frontload 500mg day one (+400mg deca), then inject 250mg every 4 days along with 200mg of deca. When the sust is gone, keep doing the deca for 10 weeks and use the propionate two weeks longer than you do the deca.
Don´t use arimidex, most likely you won´t need it, you´re not doing that much test. 100mg/day of a good Zinc supplement will do the trick at those low test dosages well enough. Start clomid three days after your last injection of propionate.

for 12 weeks i need more prop for 100 mg eod(58 x50)
if stop the deca at 8 weeks and con the prop for another 2 weeks 8-10 ?
