My First Cycle: Please critique, and add any information possible. I'm a newbie!
Been doing a lot of research, and I have plenty of time for adjustments as I'm not going to start this till August or Sept
Starting this fall with my bulking. I’m going to start bulking about 2-4 weeks before I start the cycle…
Stats: 20 years.
176 lbs
10-12%bf (currently cutting until fall)
5’11”
Training seriously for 2 years. Competitive swimmer for the previous 8 years. No shoulder problems luckilyJ
Testoviron/Testosterone Enanthate: 500mg/ml ew
Quad or Glute injections w/ Sterile Oil
Draw with 18 or 20g pin, shoot with 25g pin
Arimidex
.5mg eod (debating on whether or not to use this on my first cycle…might be a little depressing to come off and lose some lbs to water retention)
Nolvadex at hand (if I don’t use Arimidex)
Clomid therapy starting 2 weeks after the last injection. Therapy for 3 weeks.
Day 1: 250g
Day 2: 100g
Day 3-21 50g.
CLENBUTERAL (Oral)
Clen Therapy for 2 weeks starting 1 week after last injection. (Start cutting again)
Taken in the morning.
Day 1: 20mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3: 60mcg
Day 4: 60mcg
Day 5: 60mcg
Day 6-8: 80mcg
Day 9-11: 100mcg
Day 12: 80mcg
Day 13: 60mcg
Day 14: 40mcg
While on Clen, will be supplementing 5g of Taurine and 500g Potassium per day.
Supplementing throughout the 10 weeks:
15g L-Glutamine per day. 5 in the morning. 5 after workout. 5 before bed.
3000mcg Fish Oil Concentrate for Omega-3’s.
2000mcg Flax seed oil with daily food intake.
2 Multivitamins daily.
Tylenol PM for those rough nightsJ
Cocoa Butter like a mofo for my stretch marksJ
Diet consisting of Bulk cycle:
About 20cal x bw = Approx 3600 Cals a day
Split by 40% protein / 35% carbs / 25% fats
My diet is always fairly clean, with lots of tuna and chicken(I love tunaJ)
I'm currently doing a DC style training program, but I will most likely be switching over to a 5x5 soon and will be on that for my cycle.
