first cycle of tren e

Hi bros so I'm looking to run tren e and am a bit concerned about some post you read online, don't get me wrong I have done some cycles already but never did tren. So I'd like an advice on dosage, Ai , and pct just to make sure I'm going to be running the cycle properly.
This are my stats are 5'9 tall and 220 lbs my diet is good I eat clean and feel like million dollars, and I have been lifting for 5 years. I'm not looking to go crazy on this cycle I just want some lean gains and all your professional advice will ne highly appreciated, thank you.

if you are concerned with tren stick to low dosage and keep the cycle short.. also avoid stacking too much shit with it. less is better. tren can be ran alone no problem and the more shit you stack with it, the more sides you will get

also don't use tren if you aren't in top shape.. tren will destroy your heart health, so if your heart is in bad shape already.. don't use it

doesn't sound like with your stats you are in that great of a shape, correct me if i'm wrong. 5 9 and 220 sounds too fat to me. unless you are built like a freight train
 
Truth be told, the side effects from tren are overblown. If you use the proper support supplements with your cycle, I highly doubt you will experience any side effects what so ever.

A test/tren cycle needs 3 main support supplements:
1. An AI like aromasin to keep estrogen in the low-normal range
2. An anti-prolactin drug like cabergoline to keep prolactin in the low-normal range
3. Cardarine to increase fat loss, endurance and prevent tren related side effects like tren cough

Cardarine isn't talked about much as a support for a cycle with tren but it is fantastic for preventing tren related side effects. Tren is notorious for negatively impacting endurance and causing insulin resistance. Cardarine helps prevent that immensely.
 
If you just want to make some lean gains you can do that without something as harsh as tren. I might look at a compound like EQ that will not be nearly as harsh as tren nor have the side effects of things like dbol that aromatize heavily. EQ along with test will provide nice lean gains if you are eating properly and running the proper supports.
 
If I were you, I would not go over 350-400mg per week. This would be the higher limit. You would need to check how well you tolerate it.

Also, make sure to have caber on hand for prolactin related issues. Something along 0.25mg EOD. I get mine from ag-guys.com, they are worth the buck.
