First cycle of Equipoise

I am a Sophomore in college and am about to start taking Equipoise. I have looked up some common stuff on it but I would like to get some info on how I should take it. Are there any MAJOR side affects? I have been practicing with our baseball team, running a lot because I am a pitcher, and lifting light weights 3 days a week. I am getting the injectables and am thinking about taking it three weeks and getting off it a week then getting back on three weeks. Should I take anything during the week that I am off or should I take anything while I am on it? hit me back with some info that you may know!
 
Hit US back with some clear info about you. Dimensions, diet, you're reason for taking EQ, why you chose the odd schedule that you did. All that input is necessary to give a decent answer.

whats wrong with you man? don't you know baseball players don't use gear?

We'd like to get to know you. And while we're doing that you should spend more time reading here about what you're doing. You are making several mistakes. The first one is not knowing what you're taking. EQ takes 4 weeks to begin working well. You're stopping after 3 for a week and then going back on makes no sense. That's one in a series of mistakes your making. Stick around and read. It's good that you posted this and asked for help before you started.
 
I agree. After reading my post, use the search engine for words that don't make sense to you bro. EQ takes weeks for any results to unfold. Even though some cases of libido reduction and aromitization are rare, you would still need to take proper precautions by using ancillaries.

EQ should be run in doses of somewhere between 300-800 mg per week for a minimum of 12 weeks. You need to run some test prop for the first 8-10 weeks at 100 mg eod to help your test levels. Clomid and nolvadex should be run after the test for PCT (post cycle therapy).
 
I think you need to do some more researching before you decide to do anything. EQ for a few weeks on and off??? There is a search button at the top of the forum page. Just type in EQ and read everything. Post your stats so we can all huddle while you're searching.
 
Ok, here is what I got:

I am:
6 foot and I weigh around 200 to 205
I am 20 years old.
I have lifted off and on for the past 3 years.
Everyday at 3 30 I practice with the baseball team and run about 3 miles a day and then lift every Monday Wednesday and Friday chest and arms. I do light weight when I am lifting arms. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I do legs. I have been interested in taking a steroid that will helpt me not gain mass but gain a cut up look that will help me gain velocity on my fastball. I am needing to focus on my abs and my legs. These are the core of what I need to work on the most. There are a pretty good bit of guys that I know of that are on steroids its just that I don't know what they are taking and how they are taking it. The buddy of mine that is taking EQ told me about the three weeks and then a week off. It was kind of odd to me also, I was just posting what he told me I should do. I want to find someone on here that can really help me out, I am really dead set on doing this to make me a better pitcher.
I don't normally eat anything for breakfast, I normally just grab a protein shake and thats about it. At lunch I normally eat chicken and a salad. I either drink Tea or Water. At supper it varies I will sometimes eat tuna with some crackers and a Gatorade but sometimes I go out and I normally just get something light. I am really wanting to do this and I want to find someone that will honestly help me out and tell me what type of things I should do. hit me back if yall want anymore answers.

Will taking EQ bother me while I am running and stuff like that cardio?
Is EQ not the right answer, what else should I look at?

A bomb is all over this, as are the rest of the guys here bro. You really have a lot of research that you should do before jumping into this sort of thing. Currently, your plan is jacked up, simple.

If you did that cycle, you wouldnt get much out of it whatsoever and you would end up doing more harm to your body than good... and the bad thing is, you wouldnt even know it... then you might wanna try another, and here we go down a bad road that you really dont wanna go down.

EQ takes a LONG time to kick in. As A Bomb said... 12 weeks MIN. When you are running a cycle that long, proper PCT is a neccessity.

research research research. This is your body your fuckin with, and your about to start messin around with hormones that can be really dangerous to manipulate. You really have no idea wtf youre doing yet :chomp: :Chef:

I think EQ would give you the gaines you are looking for IF YOU RUN IT RIGHT. The biggest problem with it is that it stays detectible for a long time after use. If you are not worried about getting tested, then it might be a good choice.

As far as EQ and running, the only problems I have had with it is it gives you a tremendous pump...and this can hurt in the calves after a few miles (but youll love it when you do arms) but I believe it actually increases stamina (due to an increase in red blood cells).

usually EQ is injected once a week, for 12 or so weeks. Being on any AAS this long will jack with your own natural test levels....therefore your pct (post cycle therapy) is very important if you want to keep the gaines you make.

Do alot of research.....work on building a natural base (your young, and AAS's will make you stop growing, if you have any growing left to do)...get your diet dialed in...the first time i really did this I put on 10 lbs of muscle.

Alot of your buddies on the team are STUPID thats all there is to it bro. I mean running EQ 3on-1off-repeat is the worst think I've ever heard! What are the other players doing? Poppin dbols like candy year round?

I say you spend a bit more time on the boards researching and figuring out how to create the perfect cycle to achieve maximal results! If you do this the guys on your team will be dumfounded and want to know what your doing. All you will reply is "Guys I just know what I am doing."
 
Thanks for getting back and clarifying at least some of the issues... If I understand correctly, you're looking to improve your speed without gaining mass? And looking to cut up? At first glance, I would say that your training schedule and diet seem pretty loose and shallow. You'll need to get deep and scientific on that before any juice does you any good. There is plenty of good advice and info on those things here, I would probably cook up a plan to improve that stuff before running Equipoise. That's all part of using it properly. :)
 
What kind of diet should I go on? I want to get a set diet and I would honestly be up for paying someone to make me out a diet plan. I just can't find anyone around where I live right now. I really would like to start this cycle soon. I don't know whether yall are saying to use EQ or go with something else. What is PCT? Is that somethign you take? If I do end up starting to take this EQ cycle I should stay on it for 12 weeks and not get off of it? I hear that you need to switch up your shot every other week, like butt to thigh, is that right? I appreciate all the help, while I am sending yall questions back I am looking up what I can find on here, this is a lot of help. Hit me back yall, thanks for all the help!
 
You are not going to be treated to much differently than any other newbie posting. There is a PCT forum on elite so I suggest you check that. PCT is the most important thing to do post cycle. I bet your football buddies dont know that!
Seriously sorry about my attitude I jsut want you to do research (reading) then post after you are somewhat educated on the subject. I do not think it is wise for you to start your cycle soon. I also do not think EQ would be a wise decision because of its detectability and lack of gains untill much later into your cycle. I am advising a moderate dosage of testosterone. Please read up and educate yourself, again which I just posted in another thread I am willing to send you a free E-book threw email so you can educate yourself. The amount of newbie threads asking for help is rediculous. Since all of us were at that point one day we're cutting you slack. PM me w/ ur email.
 
Mr. X can likely point you in the right direction for diet info, it really is worth all the effort to get it worked out and in place. I'll bet those silly friends of yours never even thought of working on strict diets as part of their training. It's your secret weapon, not a few grams of EQ. Bump for X.

diet.. well looks like you eat 2-3 times a day... triple that. at least 6 times a day. breakfast should be more than jsut a protein shake... grind up some oatmeal and put it in with it.
working out chest and arms 3 times a week looks like our baseball players.. do you workout shoulders. i see that u do legs tues and thurs. but what are u doing.. half ass squats with 135?
EQ and all AS are not a shortup, you have to work hard for years on end, eat right for years, and research AS for a long time before ever thinking about doing this... sounds like you are tryin to take a short cut.. and btw.. how old are u .. 19- 20? too young

PCT is Post Cycle Therapy. It is used to help return your body to its natural hormone levels as smoothly as possible in order to combat all the negative side effects associated with steroids.

As posted above, there is a PCT section of this board where you can find a ton of info. Trust me, this is something you want to be educated on man. I am happy tho that you are at least interested and are asking questions to gain some insight as to what you are doing before just jumping in over your head.

Keep reading and doing research until you are ready man... trust me.
